1.1 Speech-pass game- Easy: Stick a note on the corner of every row.

Students sitting in the same row


will speak that note to his/her row-mate, and the thus to the last row-mate. The last row-mate must
write it down and bring it to the teacher. Whoever brings it first wins for his/her row.

1.2 Speech-pass game- Smart: Stick a note on the last seat of every column. Students sitting in front
same column will speak that note to his/her column-mate, and the thus to the last column -mate. The
first column -mate must write it down and bring it to the teacher. Whoever brings it first wins for his/her
column.

1.3 Speech-pass game- Hard: Stick a note for each team outside the classroom. Each Student will go out
and memorize a line for his/her team and write it him/herself. They can go several times to correct and
complete it. The first team who deliver it correctly to the teacher will be the winner.

2.1. Speech-Word Game: Students will be given one to two written words each. They will have a set of
small piece of papers each. They will write sentence with the given word and throw it into the air.
Whoever catches it will read it aloud, keep it, and write a reply and throw it in the air, not to anyone in
particular.

2.3 Speech-Word Game: Students will be given a set of written words each. They will also view and read
sentences with those words. After that, they will simply throw their words in the air. Whoever gets it,
will have to speak a sentence with that word. His/her classmates can assist.

Separate the students into groups of 4/5. Place a pile of cards with random
nouns in the center of the group. Have students take turns describing the
nouns for their group members to guess. The group member who guesses
correctly keeps the card in an attempt to have the most cards at the end of the
game.

Pair up the students and give them each a picture face down. They must
describe the picture for their partner to draw.

Give each pair of student a full picture and a jumbled set of cut off pieces of
the same. Without showing the full picture, one will speak and the other will
make a full picture from the description. This will be reversed with a different
set. They will get 1-2 minutes each time.

Two Truths, One Lie

Each student should write three facts about themselves on a piece of


paper. Two of the facts should be the truth, and one should be a lie. Students
read aloud the facts, and give the other students a chance to question them
and decide which statement is a lie.

Show a list of words with meanings on board. Students will read them thrice
with the teacher. After reading, each bench/column will make a list of the
words they remember as a team. They will have to tell the meaning too.

on it. They must keep it hidden from all. Students will ask their partner,
“What’s on my card?” His/her partner will have to guess and say what’s on
his/her card.
