Minutes of Monthly Committee Meeting - Dec 2020

The Monthly Committee Meeting for Dec 2020 was held on 13 Dec 2020 in the Gym Shed
at 11 AM as scheduled. The standard protocol of distancing and using mask was strictly
followed by all. The following attended the meeting.

The following points were discussed and resolved after discussions:

Introduction of new Tenant Members: The Chairman introduced Mr. Amar Patil (E- 102)
to Committee Members. However, Mr. Alvis David Rathod (E- 504) was not available for
introduction.

Society Insurance: HDFC relationship Team were called for discussions, with their
proposal for Society Insurance, which is a mandatory requirement. However, their team did
not arrive.

MyGate : Representative from MyGate was present during the meeting and apprised all
the members of the new features which are being rolled out as part of the updates from My
Gate. Few suggestions were given to them from our end which were taken well, assurance
to work on the same was received. Suggestions given from our end

1. Feature to enter last name and Flat number in order to trigger entry notification
2. Enable wifi on the myGate device
3. For tenant management, owner should be responsible for uploading tenants document,
(agreement, police verification, other documents)
4. We want to disable "multi tenant" option as pg/shared tenanvy not allowed in society

UPS : It was decided to close this loop at the earliest as it has been pending for a long
time. Chairman suggested to consider 26th January, 2021 as cutoff date to complete the
assignment

AGM for FY 2019-20: Due to Pandemic, we are purposely postponing it. We will need to
wait for the situation to improve, for conducting the same.
