Subject: Request for Fiber Base Intranet Connection

Dear Miraj Gul:

I am writing this letter to apply for a new fiber base intranet connection between National
Emergency Operations Center (NEOC), EPI Building Block D, Chak Shahzad Islamabad and Survey of
Pakistan (SOP), Block PPLL, Faizabad Rawalpindi.

National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC) is working for Polio Eradication in the country under
overall leadership of Prime Minister's Focal Person for Polio Eradication and the National
Coordinator - NEOC. Along-with other program initiatives, NEOC aims to establish robust systems
with latest technologies. A collaborative project was initiated with Survey of Pakistan (SOP) for
geographic mapping of polio microplans, where the data needs to be shared lively between two
organizations via thin-client systems over the VDI.

You are requested to kindly direct your Fiber Intranet team to layout a plan for implementation of
secure intranet connection between two sites, as soon as possible.
