development". Therefore, for this business, effectively managing human resources plays essential
roles in the operation of a company in a service sector such as Dat Xanh.

Salary review:

based on policies of seniority shares, hierarchical ladders and effective work. These bonuses with

- Exceeding-target reward: Each year, BOM will be rewarded with a bonus once exceeding profit
targets based on the ratio ratified by AGM. This also recognizes the collective dedication and
efforts of Dat Xanh's administrative management aiming at effectively exceeding shareholders’
expectation.

2. Welfare beside bonuses

- Dat Xanh is one with the best welfare systems in the market nowadays with health care plan,
24/24 health insurance for employees, health insurance for families and tuition for children of
managerial staff. Besides, travel programs are applied to employees and their relatives every year.
- The Group also deducts a part from the welfare fund to implement scholarship programs,

the house without any interest rate.
