Survey Administration and Questions

This survey has been designed to evaluate how the coronavirus is impacting students’
decisions to attend colleges and universities. This survey is designed to collect information
regarding how many students are concerned and what they are concerned about. Moreover, the
data from this survey will be used to help colleges and universities determine what student
concerns need to be addressed so that they can create strategies to address them.

This survey will be administered online. We would work with the deans of college
officials to send the survey to students via email so that it will not be labelled as spam or junk.
Additionally, we would like to post this survey on university websites to increase students’
access to it.
Thank you for participating in our survey. We are really excited to hear your thoughts about
the impact of the coronavirus on institutions of higher learning. All answers will be kept
anonymous. There are no right or wrong answers to these questions, just give your honest
