Subject: License Renewal

Ref: Trading License No. 131499 and 132766

We are having facility at Plot No. S60521. We hereby declare that we have not yet started operation
at our facility as we have decided to sell the factory due to some financial issues.

We will inform Trakhees for re-inspection and will obtain Operations Fitness Certificate if we plan to
start operation again in this facility.

We therefore request you to give us OFC in order to renew our license.
