Candidates, who desire to represent against his/her rejection in


accordance with criteria and modalities adopted for shortlisting the post,
may submit the same with substantive ground (s)/ reason(s) to
(SOSPC2.UPSC@NIC.IN) by 28.12.2020. Mails received after this date would
not be opened. No documents are to be submitted alongwith such e-mails.
Even if submitted, they would not be opened, considered or entertained. All
the representations would be examined and if in any case the
grounds/reasons indicated therein are found to be correct as per criteria
and modalities adopted, such applications would be shortlisted and
rejections of others would be maintained. Thereafter, revised and updated
scrutiny details would be uploaded in this space. No individual replies

adopted i. OBC Candidates having Community Certificate of
Backward Classes have been considered Eligible
irrespective of date of issuance of such certificate and
undertaking for person belonging to non-creamy
layer. The same will be collected at the time of
Interview.

ii. It is stated that in the above said Recruitment, no


post is reserved for SC/ST candidates and all the
SC/ST candidates were considered on General
Standard. Therefore, caste certificate of SC/ST
candidate/s (if any) were not checked for
scrutinizing the eligibility of the candidate.

iii. The Birth Certificate has not considered as valid proof

iv. The period of experience rendered by a candidate has


not been considered as it is not mandated for the post
