The standard adjustment is 1000 cycles. After 1000 cycles, “SERVICE_DATE” will be shown on the display. You can run for 125 times further. After that it is impossible to start the machine again, Press “CLR” to reset the counter to ‘O” Cycle and working hour counter are installed fer protocol purposes. You can not reset them Maintenance should be done in every case ! The steril air filter must be replaced after that time ! 1.3.7 Program selection PROGRAM_MODE 1 You can select programs by the operation panel. When program selection is “0 rack coding is activated. (Option) When program selection is "1", you can select program by the operation panel (Standard) Change by pressing “1” or “0” and save with “ENT”. 1.3.8. Initializing INIT = 0 With “INIT” you can reset the machine to standard configuration All customized programs will be deleted ! To generate a new programme, there are ready made “Programme steps" with defined names available, e.g. DRAINING, PRE_WASH, WASH etc. and their parameters i.e. VALVES, TIME, TEMPERATURE can be adjusted These programms can be defined with a rack - coding — no. (Option), which means, that the machine is selecting the correct programme after inserting a specific rack into the machine. For each programme it is possible to select special funtions e.g, printing To enter the programming mode you have to set the machine into initial state showing “BHT INNOVA® L4”, Then press the “PROGR” — key. Next type in the programme code “550” and confirm with “ENT”. Here. the individual parameters are stored which control the actual step. These parameters can be changed as required in all programs. So you have the possibility to change the paramters in the programs 1 - 5, and to assign your own programs to the program location 6 - 12 Following step types are available: >» Drain >» Drainv > Pre-wash > Acid Pre-wash >» — Wash > — Therm. disinfection > — Intermediate rinse W intermediate rinse DI > Final rinse W > Final rinse DI > Chem. However, the output format is adapted to the log — printer supplied by BHT. This system is working as follows: Magnets which are fixed on the side of the insert automatically select the right program For enabling and disabiing of the coding, see point 1.2.6. The adjustment of the program code is described under point 1.3.1 The number 0 - 9 can be used as codes. 0 means no coding, 9 means a disabled program, which is not accessible through the rack — coding nor by the touch ~ key — panel. lf a rack is inserted into the machine, which coding does not correspond to an existing program, the error message "WRONG_RACK” will appear.
