HUMAN RESOURCE ANALYTICS COURSE

WHY ENROLL?
This course will serve as an introduction to Human Resource Analytics. We will explore the use of analytics
within the HR discipline through lectures, case studies and guest speakers from the industry. We will learn how
we can use data and enhance the organization’s effectiveness in Leadership, Employee Compensation &
Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. We will also explore how effective storytelling
techniques with data can help the analytic effort in HR be successful.
