Auction Policy:
1 All vehicles are sold on "As is where is basis".
2 All vehicles to be inspected by the bidder / buyer before the auction & bidding .
3 The bidder will be liable for transfer of vehicle.
4 All issues related to RTO needs to be checked before bidding like RTO Objection / hold etc.
5 Year of Manufacture and Dealer Liability (if any) will have to be confirmed by bidder before bidding.
6 Indemnity / Bond / Undertaking if demanded by Seller will have to be fulfilled by Bidder / Buyer.
7 Parking charges applicable as per sellers terms & conditions. Buyer needs to check the same with respective seller before placin

Security Deposit Policy

- Minimum Rs 10,000/- Security Deposit would be compulsory for all online auctions on Cartradeexchange.
- Buying limit would be 10lacs for Rs.10,000/- Security Deposit.
- Security Deposit will be Forfeitured even on a single default and cannot be claimed back
- Forfeiture amount will be Rs 10,000/- along with ID de-activation
- To re-activate, buyer will have pay Rs 11,800/- (as re-activation fee) along with min Rs 10,000/- Security Deposit to participate

- In case of any default, the buyer will not be allowed to participate in any auction unless he pays the re-activation fee
- Once Security Deposit received, the same cannot be claimed back for first 6 months
- Refund of the Security Deposit to be done by Cartradeexchange in the form of cheque
- Security Deposit made with Cartradeexchange Solutions Pvt. Ltd. For participation in online auction is non interest bearing.
