Job Description:

1. Schedule waste competent person and poison license holder

2. Schedule and conduct risk and environment audit risk and environment audit, meetings and
inspections on regular basis.
3. Advise and assist department managers/supervisors training and track completion
4. Advise or propose in environmental improvements, preventive or corrective actions for
environmental control measures necessary and ensure proper rectification work have been
implemented
5. Tackle shortcoming in the environment management system (ISO 14001) and propose to
management of new method to overcome it
6. Handle enforcement visit by Local authorities, DOE and other agents
7. Prepare and submit all necessary report to relevant authorities
8. Conduct environmental induction / toolbox for all workers
9. Carry out in-house inspection and to issue out observation or CAPA if necessary and update
CAPA register accordingly
10. Update ESWIS (scheduled waste system) and consignment notes
11. Analyze COA of waste water treatment plant and update in OER (effluent system)
12. Support customer requested documents regarding safety, health and environment
