AGREEMENT FOR SELLING A HOUSE

THIS AGREEMENT made at ......... on this ................. day of ......................,


2000, between …………………………………….resident of .................. hereinafter
called "the owner" (which expression shall be deemed to mean and include his heirs,
legal representatives, executors and administrators) of the ONE PART
and………………………………………….. resident of ........................... hereinafter called
"the buyer" (which expression shall be deemed to mean and include his heirs, legal
representatives, executors and administrators) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS the owner of an immovable property consisting of a plot of land with


old building thereon and which is more particularly described in Schedule hereunder
written and he wants to sell the same and for that purpose he sell this property.

AND WHEREAS the buyer, who shown his willingness to purchase the said
property.

AND WHEREAS the owner has agreed to sale of his property described in the
Schedule hereto on the terms and conditions as hereinafter appearing.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES AS UNDER:

1.Seller agree to sell and buyer agree to buy the following described property.

2.Buyer agree to pay to seller and seller agrees to accept as total purchase price the
sum of …………….,payable as follows:………….deposit herewith
paid…………..balance payable on delivery by cash, bank per certified check.

3.Seller warrants it has good and legal title to said property, full authority to sell said
property , that said property shall be sold by warranty bill of sale free and clear of all
lines, encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims of every nature and description what
so- ever.

4. Said property is sold in “as is” condition, seller disclaiming any warranty of
merchantability, fitness or working order or condition of property except that it shall be
sold in its present condition, reasonable wear and tear expected.
5. The parties agree to transfer title on………………,20…….., at the address of the
Seller.

6. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties their
successors, assigns and personal representatives.
