SWOT Analysis of ‘RADHUNI’ is given below :

Strengths:

`1. ‘RADHUNI’ includes a strong group of research & development team who always seeks
opportunities to seek out the new demands and meet them by launching new products .

2. ‘RADHUNI’ contains a strong status & support from it’s parent company .

3. ‘RADHUNI’ talks quality and provide quality to its customers .

Weakness:
1.If we notice its price range then we will see it is little bit higher than its competitors .

2. For distribution coverage system they need to be more efficient so that they can distribute
their products on those urban areas where they failed to distribute on time.

Opportunity:

1. Competitors are relatively weak in terms of monetary condition , company size &
management .

2. Few firms are following promotion mix , especially they’re lacking in marketing but
‘RADHUNI’ is strictly following all of these things .

Threats:

1. The market has become more competitive in terms of number of the competitors .

2. Some people of our country still thinks that this kind of ready mix spices won’t give them the
perfect taste which they can find in spices created manually .

two ways either as an opportunity or as a threat .

1.Micro environment: It includes suppliers , customers , competitors , distributors , market


intermediaries and so on.
