Nowadays biggest threat for human life is covid 19 or corona virus. As we

available for this virus. Only precaution can prevent the risks of getting affected
from this virus. Social distancing , using masks , having proper and nutritious diet

Eating right food during this pandamic is important for our immune system . As
we know there is no specific medication or vaccination so if we develop our
immunity system stronger then we might survive from this life threating virus . To
