HOW TO GET THROUGH THE PANDEMIC

The 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic has created a global health crisis
that has had a major effect on the way we view our environment and our daily lives. And we
have found that one of the biggest threats to humanity in history is defending against this
pandemic. This is a pertinent topic, because, for people, this pandemic may be very stressful.

In adults and children, fear and anxiety about a new disease and what could happen can
be daunting and trigger intense emotions. Public health actions can make individuals feel
isolated and lonely, such as social distancing, and can also increase stress and anxiety. However,
to reduce the spread of COVID-19, these actions are necessary. By staying home and practicing
social distancing, reducing interaction with others may help health systems better address the
needs of those who may have COVID-19. Good stress management can make you, the people
you care for and your society are healthier. And to get through this pandemic, I want to discuss
the things we should consider.

First, by reducing the burden of overthinking, we can lighten the load on the negativity.
It is really important to take care of our mental health. This will encourage us to think clearly
and respond to the urgent need to protect you and your family. It can be upsetting to rep
repeatedly hear about the pandemic. Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to
news stories, including those on social media. Avoid stressing yourself because it won't help
you, but it will intensify and give you an emotional breakdown instead.

Second, load up the side of the positive. There is a great possibility that we would be
able to overcome this pandemic and it will not take long if each one of we had a positive
mindset. We have ended up being frustrated in our situation because we think too much. We
worry too much about ourselves as well as our loved ones in particular. Maintaining connections
with friends and family will give us a positive feeling that can boost our motivation. It's
necessary to call, video chat, email, or write letters to the people we care about to engage in
responsive interactions, protection to our emotional health, and managing the stress of living
through this difficult time, even though we are all expected to maintain physical distancing.

Aside from that it will make it easier to maintain positive results by improving our
physical habits, finding time to unwind, and attempting to do some other activities we enjoy. We
are isolated in our homes during the COVID-19 pandemic, which causes us to feel anxious and
also to withdraw from our usual activities. Try to find the motivation to do the things you love.
Instead of lying down and waiting for nothing, try to get moving and keep going. This will help us
restore our mental health and also our physical health.

Considering that COVID-19 is spreading so rapidly that it creates difficulties in controlling

the disease, we need to improve our coordination in global cooperation and more progress in
multi-sectorial cooperation as a society of common future for humanity to quickly react and
avoid the pandemic. It will help alleviate stress and stigma to know the truth about COVID-19
and avoid the spread of rumors. It will help you communicate with others and make an outbreak
less traumatic to realize the danger to yourself and others you care about.

We can still find meaning in our lives and be respectful of each other, considering the
struggles we all face now due to COVID-19. Reflect on what you can do when faced with a tough
situation, accept matters that are beyond your control, and always aspire to live by your value.
