“A Life Amidst the Pandemic”

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a contagious infection caused by a newly discovered

coronavirus. The majority of individuals infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to
moderate respiratory disease and will recover without the need for special treatment. The COVID-19
virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person
coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette.

Right now, in the world we are in, we fight for our lives against a pandemic. This crisis gives me
two realizations. The first thing is that with having proper discipline everything good will follow. For the
reason, that discipline teaches a person to be responsible, respectful, and observe rules properly. It also
promotes good human behavior to the society and always remind us to be mindful in our surrounding.
The second and last thing is that we should not only think of ourselves but of other people especially our
loved ones. For some instances that we don’t like them to get infected so we, ourselves will make things
to get healthy and not to get infected. Valuing the lives of our loved ones and other people will make
ourselves not get infected so that we could interact with them and not bring virus to them.

COVID-19 is an extremely stressful circumstance since it's difficult to forecast how situations
will occur, and our circumstances are quickly shifting. This can make me feel helpless, as if I no longer
have control over my own life. There are situations I can't control in these circumstances, as there are in
many other elements of my life. Other people's behaviors and emotions, how long the scenario will
endure, and what might happen in the future are all factors to consider. Covid 19 has affected numerous
individuals including myself. I'm currently at home each day and it truly is affecting me socially. Not
being able to speak to friends and see people I see on a regular basis is hard for me. Likewise, since
school is shut for the rest of the year it has truly affected my school life. I am not used to being at home
constantly and dealing with my laptop. I'm typically in a classroom encircled by my friends. Be that as it
may, I am human so I will figure out how to adjust, yet for the present it is hard.

Mainly, while these events may make me feel weak and vulnerable, there are many other aspects
of my life over which I have control, even at these tough times. Diverting my energies toward these
things will help me cope with this circumstance more successfully.

Some practices that I hold to deal with pandemic are Following our country's official health
advice. Staying at home and washing my hands on a regular basis, for example, are critical actions over
which I have control. It enables me to look after my own well-being while simultaneously contributing to
the safety of my neighborhood. By doing my part, I am assisting in the slowing of the virus's spread and
the protection of society's most vulnerable citizens.

In addition to what I have said, keeping social relationships is critical for my current well-being.
To keep in touch with my friends, family, and communities, I use all of the resources at my control,
including phone or video calls, emails, and social media. Remember that this period of isolation will pass,
so instead of allowing my relationships to fade, I use it to build them.

Another thing, establishing a good habit can help you regain control over your life. It also helps
to break up your time and keep the days from merging together. Try to get up at the same time every day,
dress the same way, and eat at the same times every day. It's also vital to remember that in a crisis, you're
unlikely to be able to complete all of your tasks and obligations in the same manner you would usually.
You might now find yourself doing things at the same time. Prioritizing your time will help you make
time for the vital activities while remaining realistic about your goals.

It might be tough to keep a positive attitude in the face of adversity. You may believe that the
future is dreadful, or that being optimistic implies that you are ignoring reality. However, having hope
does not imply being upbeat about everything. Balanced and realistic optimism is the best kind of
optimism. Balanced optimism entails hoping for the best while anticipating the worst. Consider the signs
of hope in this situation if you're having trouble feeling optimistic about the future. Consider the positive
about what is going on and the possibilities in this situation.
