1. During this COVID19 pandemic, what do you think is the importance of physical
activities in your own personal life?

We have seen the profound effects of a pandemic on every part of our life including
our physical, mental, and emotional health. Physical activity is not at the top of our
priority list as we try to figure out how to defend ourselves during this Covid 19
pandemic. Perhaps it should be, given the importance of physical activity in controlling
Covid 19 and maintaining the quality of life. Strong muscles and bones are aided by
physical activity. It boosts respiratory health, cardiovascular health, and overall well-
being. Thus, every single day provides an opportunity to engage in physical activity
and exercise, which can have short- and long-term advantages in our personal life. I
am dealing with additional stress as the Covid 19 pandemic spreads and threatens
our health of ourselves, our families, and our communities. Considering the help of
physical activity and exercise can help to maintain my health during this stressful
period. Working out causes our muscles to create substances that strengthen our
immune systems and reduce our susceptibility to infections. Therefore, we should
move around more and sit less. In terms of mental and emotional health, it can help
lower stress, improve concentration, and boost my mood. It allows me to spend and
survive each day by keeping me from being bored and from overthinking, which is an
effective treatment strategy to not engage with depression and anxiety as well as
empowering me to feel more in control. Keeping up with a fitness regimen has benefits
to successfully lessen those strains at a time when tension and anxiety are at all-time
highs for an individual, including mine. Even if it seems like a lot of things are out of
our control right now, we do have the capacity to be resourceful and include physical
activity each day. We may even look back on this existing situation as the turning point
when we may produce improvements in an individual’s physical health, cognitive
performance, and psychological well-being.
2. What are the ways that you are doing in order to cope effectively in this pandemic
situation? Explain your answer.

The Philippines continues to be at low risk for COVID-19, which has allowed the
government to abolish the requirement for wearing a mask inside and outside of
establishments, mandate a total return to in-person instruction, and ease entry-level
travel restrictions. However, our country is not still considering a covid free therefore
we should always put our safety first in every action that we take. Personally, it is not
easy to spend my daily life inside our house. I had a hard time adjusting to the various
difficulties the pandemic brought. However, if we take a closer look, we can see that
despite the crises that people are going through, there are advantages as well. It is
hard as I am used to going to school every day, hanging out with my friends, playing
outside, and having a typical day as a student hence I realized that it is a way to give
more importance to my family to bond with them more. We may disengage from the
outer world while becoming closer to our family. Moreover, to relieve the boredom, I
do Netflix and Chill, kept scrolling on social media, view videos on TikTok, watch vlogs
on YouTube, listened to my favorite music artist, and play call of duty Mobile. Those
are the things that give me back control of my own life. But when school starts, I keep
myself busy studying online. Do something that will help me regain control over my
life, therefore I start by actively exercising. Spend time doing the things that will make
me feel better. Being proactive gives me the ability to influence and control unforeseen
occurrences. The fact that this pandemic made me feel so scared and troubled made
me realize that I am not alone since we are all in this together. Indeed, the most
important thing today is to have a healthy lifestyle and a fruitful life to survive the Covid
19 epidemic.
