perfect competitor of each other and understanding the Industry and Business model. Moving
ahead we will be understanding the strategy before pandemic and after pandemic. How the
company is Segmenting, targeting & Positioning their product and services.
What value is gained by customer and their behavior from the services then a micro level
analysis (SWOT) and finally understanding the market share and financial trends of last few
years.
