Challenge in land acquisition:

● 30% first payment for starting a survey and landfill. About 30% of sellers may not allow
to conduct landfill. Lockdown agreement must states absolute sale reverse. We should
make more percentage of payment.
● Second land type will be made lockdown for at least two months.
● We will study more details case by case later for those 30%. They are who collected
gradually and want to keep for price speculation.
