TECHNOLOGY PLAN

We need a technology plan for our business to be able to establish the objectives, activities and how
to achieve the goals.

For our business we will need to implement a security system against cyberattack. It is very
important for small business to have this system and we can do it easily if we use some measures
like encrypt the data, use antivirus and firewall, use strong passwords, uptade operating system and
data backup.

We will need more terabytes storage of information and we will consult monthly companies like
Google to obtain this. Storage it is important because how and where business store the pool of
data is very essential because the IT infrastructure must be able to scale with growth and continue
to provide consistent levels of performance.

The platform is going to be developed in the most accessible ways to facilitate the interactions
between authors and partners and also we will need a system to control plagiarism and to correct
essays. If everything runs well, an app for our company will be developed to be much easier to find
us and to download our books.
