is designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives.

controlling the human resources, financial, physical, and information resources of an
organization to reach its goals efficiently and effectively.
Productivity: it measures how efficiently production inputs, such as labor and capital, are being
used in an economy to produce a given level of output.
Environment means all of the internal and external factors that affect how the company
functions including employees, customers, and management, supply and demand and business
regulations.
HRM, is the department of a business organization that looks after the hiring, management and
firing of staff. HRM focuses on the function of people within the business, ensuring best work
practices are in place at all times.
