Facts :

1. The Plaintiff had been appointed a Regional Manager of M/s. P.G. Foilds Ltd., a
registered Limited Company with uts registered office and Factory at Pipalka Kalan, Dist.
Pali, Rajasthan. The plaintiff was appointed to a branch office in Masab Tank Hyderabad.

2. The plaintiff was appointed vide letter of appointment dt. 27-03-2001 and amended 07-04-
2001 and since then has been performing the duties with utmost integrity and efficiency.

3. As per the term clause, dt. 07-04-2001, the Plaintiff is entitled to the following
commissions

3.1 0.5% on sale of aluminium foils to pharmaceutical products

3.2 0.25% on sales of items manufactured by the company to the units other than
pharmaceutical industries.

3.3 Assured payment is Rs. 1,44,000/- per anum or commission at the above rate which ever
is higher.

3.4 The commission paid will be based upon the value of aluminium foils & other products
sold by the company in the state of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

4. The plaintiff had notified his resignation on 30-04-2012 under the terms and conditions of
the appointment
