AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS/ DEED OF QUITCLAIM OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

manifest:

(1) That I am a co-owner of a condominium unit, particularly described as:

Unit 10P, studio type, with total area of 36.5 square meters (more or less)
Location: Level 10, Tower C, Tambuli Seaside Living, Buyong, Maribago, Lapu-
Lapu City, 6015;

(2) That for and in consideration of the conjugal property settlement and
good/concordant spousal property relations, by these presents, I do hereby
WAIVE, CONVEY,TRANSFER AND QUITCLAIM any and all of my rights,
interests, participation and ownership over the above-mentioned property in favor
of my co-owner, _____________________________ (grantee), of legal age,
Australian, married, and residing at ________________________;

(3) That I relinquish my rights to the above-mentioned property and allow my name
to be removed from the Title thereof;

(4) That I execute this Waiver and Quitclaim freely and voluntarily, and without any
consideration of reward or promise.
