    Dear Ma’am/Sir:

    Greetings!

    I am Ma. Jesusa A. Frondozo, sole heir of Josefa Bason and Judith Bason, and present legal
    owner of the estate left to me. There are a few properties left by the decedents which do not
    have electricity yet. I am also aware that there are unlawful settlers in some of the properties.

    To this, I would like to respectfully inform you that should anyone attempt to request for an
    electricity connection to this property (please see photocopy of tax declaration and sketch plan),
    they should secure an authorization from me. In other words, without my authorization,
    SURNECO should not approve any electric utility connection requests to this property.

    Your usual assistance is very much appreciated.
