AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING
I, RUBY PORTUGAL, Filipino, of legal age, single, with residence and
postal address at Purok 3, Barangay Sto Niño, Bacon District, Sorsogon City,
under oath depose and state:
1. That I applied for power connection at Sorsogon Electric Cooperative
II (SORECO) of my house located at Barangay Sto. Niño, Bacon
District, Sorsogon City;

2. That I have stayed in said place for almost eight (8) years, but the
parcel of land where my house was built was owned by the parents of
my common law husband;

3. That in case the lawful owner of the land would demand from me to
vacate the property, I will undertake to turn over the possession and I
will not demand payment from the true owner for any expenses I
incurred while I was in possession of said property;

4. That I am executing this affidavit for the purpose of complying with the
requirements of SORECO II and the City Engineering Office for the
purpose of electricity connection;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statement and for whatever legal purpose this may serve;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 23rd day of

September 2020, at Sorsogon City.
