STORE SECTION by the City Government of Sorsogon;

2. I am now surrendering the said stall for the reason that I am no

longer interested in using the same for my business;

3. I will not contest in any way if the said stall is awarded to any
other person;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of

the foregoing statement for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
