1. I was awarded a parcel of land by the DA located at the Dairy Farm,

Cabid-an, East District, Sorsogon City ;

2. I am now surrendering the said lot for the reason that I am no longer interested in using
the same;

3. I will not contest in any way if the said lot is awarded to any other person;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing statement
for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
