JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, THELMA GLIPON ESCOTO, of legal age, Filipino, married and presently
residing at Brgy. Bolos, Irosin, Sorsogon City, and SANTA FE ROMERO DURANA,
of legal age, married, and presently residing at Brgy. Bolos, Irosin, Sorsogon City,
both after having being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state
that:
1. That we personally know JOHN MICHAEL LISTOR of Brgy. Bolos Irosin,
Sorsogon City, being one of my students in my class since Grade One, and a
neighbour and friend for the past Twelve (12) years;

2. That we declare, confirm and affirm that he and JOHN MICHAEL LISTOR
MAGHINAY is one of the same person;

3. That he has been using the said name in all his documents, transactions
and school records;

4. That we are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above mentioned

person; and

5. That we are executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts
for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
