DEED OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

That this Waiver of Rights is being executed this ___ day of _____2023

We, the HEIRS OF ANGEL SALMON SR. represented by NENETA

SALMON DE LOS SANTOS resident of Brgy. Pangyan, Glan,
Sarangani Province, HEIRS OF ALFREDO SALMON represented by
HECTOR GUITAN SALMON resident of General Santos City, HEIRS
OF IRENIO SALMON represented by ERNESTO LOGANAO
SALMON resident of General Santos City, and HEIRS OF PACITA
SALMON represented by CEFERINO SALMON DE LOS SANTOS
resident of Brgy. Pangyan, Glan, Sarangani Province, all of legal ages,
Filipino, after being sworn in accordance with law, hereby declare that:

1. That we are the surviving heirs of SOLEDAD SALMON, single, who

died on May 5, 2014 at Brgy. Pangyan, Glan, Sarangani Province;

2. During her lifetime she owned a parcel of land located at Purok Boob,

Barangay Pangyan, Municipality of Glan, Sarangani containing a total
area of Twenty Thousand Six Hundred (20,600) SQUARE METERS,
more or less, and more particularly described as follows:

3. That we, the HEIRS OF ANGEL SALMON SR. represented by

NENETA SALMON DE LOS SANTOS, HEIRS OF ALFREDO SALMON
represented by HECTOR GUITAN SALMON, HEIRS OF IRENIO
SALMON represented by ERNESTO LOGANAO SALMON and
HEIRS OF PACITA SALMON represented by CEFERINO SALMON
DE LOS SANTOS the undersigned, do hereby waive, transfer and
convey all our rights, interest and obligations over said parcel of land left
by the above deceased; 

4.That this waiver of rights is being executed in favor of ANALEE

EDURIA DE LOS SANTOS and , who affixed her signature herein below
as manifested and her acceptance of the same and hereby assumes any
obligations that may arise with the said claim;
