MARKETING AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This marketing agreement made and executed between:
_________________________________________, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, farmer
resident of ____________________________________, hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY;
AND
_________________________________________, of legal age, Filipino citizen,
businessman/owner of _________________________________ and resident of
____________________________________, hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. That the FIRST PARTY is a farmer engaged in planting Palay at
___________________________;

2. That all the harvest product of palay will be delivered and sold to the SECOND PARTY;

3. That the payment of the Palay of the FIRST PARTY will be deposited by the SECOND
PARTY to the account of the FIRST PARTY at Land Bank of the Philippines;

4. That we executed this bilateral agreement voluntarily, free from conflict and
intimidation
