DO HEREBY agree as follows:-

1. That, I consent to the installation by TANESCO at the above-mentioned premises tenanted

or leased by of electric services cables,

meter(s), wiring, fitting and other equipment for the supply of electricity (hereinafter called "The Installation") under the

terms of an agreement between TANESCO and the tenant of the above said premises (I attach a certified true copy of

the original premises tenancy/lease agreement);

2. That, in the event of the said tenant vacating the aforesaid premises:-:-

(a) I shall give TANESCO due notice of three (3) months advance to enable arrangements for the termination of the

contract with the aforesaid Tenant, and claim all dues and pending bills of which I shall be responsible for any loss

that may accrue on that account;

(b) That I will ensure that the tenant clears all dues and pending bills and obtain "No Dues Certificate" before vacating

the said premise; and

(c) That I will be held liable to clear all dues and pending bills not cleared by the aforesaid tenant

3. That the cost for electricity connection will be agreed by the owner and the tenant in their own arrangement.

4. That the tenant will not move or remove any TANESCO infrastructure or devices installed at the aforesaid premises i.e

pole(s), meter, wires, etc.
