Sh. JAGAR RAM, resident of V.P.O SALEMPUR, VIA PURHRAN, P.S. SADAR,

Distt. HOSHIARPUR, do hereby appoint Sh. TARLOK CHAND, son of Shri HARI

DISTRICT HOSHIARPUR as my attorney for me and on my behalf to appear before

the concerned authorities/courts and to present and lodge for deposit/ collection of
