Affidavit

I, AVTAR SINGH DHINDSA, S/o of Sh. KARTAR SINGH DHINDSA resident of

V.PO. PENSRA ROAD, TEHSIL GARHSHANKER, HOSHIARPUR, do hereby affirm
and declare as under:-

1) That I paid Rs. 5600000/- to a travel agent in part payments to send his son and nephew
to America in April 2008.

2) That I filed case under section 138 on the travel agent as he could not complete his
commitment and received Rs. 3500000/- & Rs. 500000 on 29-07-2010 and Rs. 2500000/-
on 19-10-2010.

3) That I also applied for a two wheeler agency(Mahindra two wheelers) and an amount of
Rs. 500000/- was deposited on 15-02-2011 in my current account (Dhindsa automobiles)
and one entry of Rs. 100000/- was deposited on 21-01-2011 in the savings account, the
amount which was withdrawn on 18-01-2011 from the same savings account number
610010100014049.

4) That I have agricultural land compromising 14 acres belonging to me and my three

brothers, Sh. Satnam Singh, Sh. Hardit Singh, and Sh. Baljit Singh(all of whom are
currently residing in USA since year 1985).

5) That the cash entries of Rs. 50000 on 28/12/2010, Rs. 100000 on 21/01/2011, Rs. 10000/-
on 22-02-2011 are his agricultural income.
