MEDRAN,(single/married) both of legal age, Filipino of legal age, of
Filipino and with residence and postal address at 8010A Tanguile St.
San antonio Village, Makati City,do hereby Appoint DESIREE
JOYCE R. JUSAYAN, single; OR JAWORSKI S. MERANO, married,
liason officers of OF LAW Offices, both of legal ages, with postal
address at OF LAW Offices, VT Bldg, National Rd, Maligaya, Gloria,
Oriental Mindoro as my Attorney-In-Fact to be my true and legal
representatives to act for and in our name and stead and to perform
the following acts:

1. To REQUEST the following Documents with the

Municipal Assessor’s Office of Pinamalayan and
Provincial Assessor’s Office and City Assessor’s Office of
Oriental Mindoro:
a. Aggregate Landholing in the name of Emeterio
Medran, Jr. married to Rosalinda P. Medran
b. Tax Declarations of the Transfer Certificate of
Title with Nos. T-78868 and T-31786.
c. Certificate of No Improvement of the said
Properties
2. To PROCESS the renewal / re-issuance of Certificate
Authorizing Registration (CAR) of the following
properties with the Bureau of Internal Revenue RDO
63
 Transfer Certificate of Title with No. T-31786
consisting of One Thousand Six Hundred(1,600)
Square Meters located at Barrio of Quinabigan,
Municipality of Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental
Mindoro.
 Transfer Certificate of Title with No. T-78868
consisting of Two Thousand(2,000) Square Meters
located at Barrio of Quinabigan, Municipality of
Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.

3. TO APPLY and PROCESS for the the Clearance from the

Department of Agrarian Reform of the abovementioned
properties if necessary.

4. TO APPLY / SUBMIT and CLAIM the registration for the

annotation of the documents for the transfer of title and the
issuance of new Transfer Certificate of Title of the
 abovementioned property with the Registry of Deeds of
Oriental Mindoro.

We HEREBY GRANT unto our representatives full power and

authority to execute and perform every act necessary to render
effective the the abovementioned authorization, as though We,
ourselves, have so personally performed it, and we HEREBY
APPROVE ALL that they may do by virtue of the above
authorization.
