SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That we, the Heirs of late DOMINGO ACERON, named, JENNELIN A.

ACERON, of legal age, Filipino, married, CONCEPCION A. AGYAMOC, of legal age,
Filipino, married, DENNIS A. ACERON, deceased, reperesented by his wife MARICON G.
ACERON of legal age, Filipino, widow, NELLY A. CLEMENTE, of legal age, Filipino,
married, all residents of Contod, Vinzons, Camarines Norte do hereby name, constitute and
appoint our sister JENNELIN A. ACERON, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact and
for our name, place and stead to do and perform all the following acts and things to wit;

1. To transact personally, to follow up, to process, to cause for release, to make payments
to all and any dues pertinent hereto, to claim and receive, to withdraw all any pertinent
documents, to and from the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Talisay, Camarines Norte, Registry of
Deeds of Camarines Norte, Provincial Assessors Office of Camarines Norte, Municipal Assessors
Office of Vinzons, Camarines Norte, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Regional Office V at
Legaspi City, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Provincial Office at Daet, Camarines Norte,
Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Municipal Office at Vinzons, Camarines Norte, and all or
any other concerned government agencies relative to the issuance of Emancipation Patent
and/or Certificate of Title covering the land holdings awarded to late FIDEL ACERON
under CLT No. 0-051162 with an area of 2.4000 has., and CLT No. 0-051163 with an area of
0.7800 has. all located at Guinacutan, Vinzons, Camarines Norte;

2. To do such any other act or thing that maybe required, necessary or

incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby
given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto our said attorney in fact full power and
authority what so ever requisite and necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as
fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.
