I, ANALYN C. AMPARADO, the heir of EUSTIQUIO G. AMPARADO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a
resident of New Corella, Davao del Norte, , do hereby name, constitute and appoint, RENE C. AMPARADO, of legal
age, Filipino, married and a resident of New Corella, Davao del Norte, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and
in my stead, to do and perform the following, to wit:

1. To receive and/or claim the grant of Unconditional Cash Transfer (UCT) of my Senior Citizen father,
EUSTIQUIO G. AMPARADO with the Land Bank of the Philippines and/or Department of Social
Welfare and Development (DSWD);

2. Generally to do and perform whatever acts that the Attorney-in-Fact may deem fit and proper under the
premises; and

3. To make, sign and execute any and all documents pertinent to said authority.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform every act
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, with power of substitution, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
