my mother GINA A. PALMA, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married and residing at
Egot, Turno, Dipolog City, as my attorney-in-fact, to act for me, in my name, place
and stead to get/receive/claim my Salary/Money at the City Government Office
of Dipolog City, to sign any papers and documents regarding thereto, and to turn
over the said Salary/Money to MAYGINCERES A. PALMA.
