REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Whereas, we, Raynald F. Paulin, of legal age, resident of Brgy. Santor,
Tanauan City, Batangas and Rebecca P. Quimco, of legal age, resident of
Brgy. Cabantian, Davao City, as Principals, by an instrument of Special Power
of Attorney made by us at Notary Public Atty. Philippe Emile R. Santiago of
Oroquieta City recorded in Doc. No. 320, Page No. 65, Book No. 01, Series of
2023, given to Gloria Rebecca Zamoras, as our Attorney-in-Fact, on June 13,
2023. That said Attorney-in-Fact failed to fulfill necessary tasks, as indicated
in that said instrument, until at present.
Now, therefore, for this reason, we cancel, null, and void the
appointment of Gloria Rebecca Zamoras as our Attorney-in-Fact from present
date until the succeeding dates in the execution of filing Estate Tax payment,
Capital Gain Tax, up to the submission of papers in the Registry of Deeds.

document of DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE and they acknowledged to me
that they executed the same as their free and voluntary act and deed.
