PROMISSORY NOTE

I, JAMES GRANT DAVIS, of legal age, Australian citizen, single, and presently residing at
Solomon College Road, Villaflor Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental, 7207 Mindanao,
Philippines for value received, hereby acknowledge my indebtedness to Spouses Myden
Dicdican and Tyrone Dicdican, both of legal age, married to each other, Filipino citizen, with
residence at Stenvej, 70, 8270, Hejbjerg, Aarthus Denmark.

I promise to pay the amount of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php 600,000.00) Philippine
Pesos on to Spouses Myden Dicdican and Tyrone Dicdican within Three (3) months after the
Condominium Certificate of Title No. 109-2024000005 from the name of the Spouses Myden
Dicdican and Tyrone Dicdican will be transferred to the name of herein Maker James Grant
Davis without need of demand.
