SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LYDIA BALON REYES, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, with main
address located in 1440-A Kohoust, Honululu Hawaii, do hereby APPOINT, NAME
and CONSTITUTE my attorney-in-fact CHARIZA JOY MALVECINO, of legal age,
Filipino citizen, single with main address located at Brgy, 8 Sarrat, Ilocos Norte,
Philippines as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name and stead
and to perform the following acts:

To secure from the PSA our birth certificates and the death
certificate of Conrado Camangeg;

To secure our TIN from the BIR and to pay our taxes;

To secure from the Municipal and Provincial Assessor’s office the

necessary certification and clearances;

To secure from the DAR a certification necessary to effect the

transfer;

To sign, make, and execute any Deed of Adjudication,

Acknowledgment, Deed of Absolute Sale and other documents
necessary for the sale or conveyance of our property mentioned in
this document in favor of prospective buyers and to receive the price
or consideration in our behalf;

To sign, make, and execute documents in the BIR, Municipal and

Provincial Assessor’s Office, DAR and the LRA necessary for the
transfer to the buyers of OCT No. P-40251 and more particularly
described as follows:

A parcel of land known as Lot No. 39921, situated at Brgy. 29 San

Pedro, Batac City, Ilocos Norte; bounded on the North by Brgy. Road; on
the East by Lot 39922; on the South by Lot 39927 and on the West by
Lot 39918; containing an area of TWELVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
SIXTEEN (12,816) square meters and assessed value of P37,110.

HEREBY GRANTING and GIVING unto our said attorney full power and authority to
do and to perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite is necessary to be done
in and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if
personally present, with all power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue thereof.
