GERMONES DACARA and ALMA GERMONES PADUAL, both of legal age,
Filipino, married, with residence and postal address at Monreal, Masbate, do
hereby appoint, name, and constitute LENY O. BORAGAY, likewise of legal age,
Filipino, married and with residence at Monreal, Masbate, as our true and legal
representative to act for and in our name and stead and to represent us as
plaintiff in the Civil Case No. 393, for Recovery of Possession and Ownership
with Damages before the Municipal Circuit Trial Court of San Jacinto, Masbate
captioned as HEIRS OF ANSELMA ONGOTAN versus SPOUSES ROMEO
DEINLA and SUSAN DEINLA, to enter into amicable settlement, to submit to
alternative modes of dispute resolutions, and to enter into stipulations or
admissions of facts and of documents, to submit pleadings, to prosecute the case,
to testify on my behalf, and appear before the court as required, and other allied
matters without further consultation from us.

We hereby grant our representative full power and authority to execute

and perform every act necessary to render effective the power to compromise as
