CY 2022 Objectives
 Toestablish a credible and updated registry of
coconut farmers and farmworkers as basis in
identifying the eligible recipients of RA 11524
programs in the CFIDP
 To conduct the Enlistment, Deduping and Updating
Process of the NCFRS at the barangay level
 To enlist coconut farmers and farmworkers not yet registered in the
NCFRS
 To clean the database of eligible recipients of RA 11524. which shall
be used by the Implementing Agencies in targeting beneficiaries thru
the deduping process

CLASSIFICATION OF COCONUT FARMER:
Who is the COCONUT FARM OWNER / OWNER-TILLER – who owns a minimum of
0.50 hectare land and planted to at least 50 coconut trees
Coconut
Farmer? COCONUT FARM GROWER – who owns less than 0.50 hectare land and
planted to at least 20 coconut trees up to 49 coconut trees

COCONUT FARM TENANT / TENANT-WORKER – who lease a coconut


land from a legitimate coconut farm owner

COCONUT FARM WORKER OR LABORER – who are hired by a legitimate


coconut farm owner or tenant

OTHERS – who does not have any proof of ownership but are occupants
of undocumented public or private lands planted with coconut trees
The Coconut Farmer must bring the following Documents:

1. Valid Government ID (xerox copy of front and back portion) RE


• National ID QUI
• Social Security System (SSS) ID RE
• Unified Multipurpose Identification CARD (UMID) Card ME
• Postal ID NT
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) Card S
• Passport
• Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID
• Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID
• Integrated Department of Labor and Employment Card
(DOLE) Card
• Voter’s ID
• Senior Citizen’s ID For coconut farmers who doesn’t have any of
• Driver’s License the mentioned gov’t. ID, Certificate of
Residence signed by the Barangay Chairman
• Barangay ID may be allowed.
• School ID
The Coconut Farmer must bring the following Documents:

• Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title

• Extrajudicial Partition For IPs who doesn’t have any of the mentioned
• Deed of Sale proof of ownership, Certificate of Ownership
• DAR ID signed by the Barangay Chairman may be
allowed.
The Coconut Farmer must bring the following Documents:
