EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
 Capiz Dairy Farm Products is envisioned to be a firm
producing various dairy products.

However its focus for now is in producing frozen milk

bars that comes in varying flavors.

It comes from three flavors, the classic, choco and

cookies and cream.
 The product will be known as Moothere's milk,
shortened phrase for Mooo, there is milk – emphasizing
that the milk the consumers will be drinking is from
cow.

The price of the products vary in accordance to the

cost incurred in producing the products
 The proposed project will benefit the researcher as
well as its market.

It will widen their understanding about the benefits

they will be getting from the dairy products.

 Furthermore, the making of the product is in support
to the government’s thrust in promoting healthy
lifestyle – its aim is to reduce consumption of
carbonated drinks.

It will be offered primarily to the students and

employees of Capiz State University Pontevedra
Campus, since the location is within its premises.
 Looking into the demand for liquid milk, the annual
demand of liquid milk in Panay and Guimaras Island
alone reaches 85,120,000L, but only 33,759L is being
produced equivalent to 0.04% with 99.96% as the vacant
market.

The business could produce a supply of 21,504L

annually and that is equal to 0.03% of the total demand.
Figures indicate that there is still a huge gap between the
supply and demand.
 The project needs minimal investment for it to operate,
amounting to P181,268.12.

Once started, the investment made by the members

will be paid back in approximately between 6-7 months
which proves to be favorable.
