EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

(with SIMULTANEOUS SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This “DEED” Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate with simultaneous Special

Power of Attorney, is made and executed in the Municipality of San Jacinto, Province of
Masbate, Philippines by and among the HEIRS OF MERCY VILLAMOR
BELMES, namely:

HOMER V. BELMES, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, with

residence and postal address at San Pascual, Masbate, Philippines;

SYRUS V. BELMES, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, with residence

and postal address at Masbate City, Philippines; and

NAPOLEON V. BELMES, of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence

and postal address at San Jacinto, Masbate, Philippines.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the above-named parties are the sole heirs of MERCY

VILLAMOR BELMES, being the latter’s legitimate children;

WHEREAS, MERCY VILLAMOR BELMES, was born on March 10, 1948

and passed away on December 16, 2018;

WHEREAS, the decedent left no will;

WHEREAS, to the best and information of the parties hereto, the said
deceased left no debts;

WHEREAS, the deceased, at the time of her death owned and maintained a
bank account before the Rural Bank of San Jacinto, Masbate;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court

of the Philippines, by agreement and between the parties herein, the entire interest
of the decedent in the above-stated bank account shall be divided and settled among
them in equal shares pro indiviso;

NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to settle the estate among
them amicably without the need for court action as follows:

1. Shall APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE NAPOLEON V.

BELMES to process the withdrawal of the bank deposit maintained by
herein decedent before RUARL BANK OF SAN JACINTO
2. the To sign pertinent documents relative thereto;
3. To receive the proceeds from said bank deposit; and
4. All acts incidental thereto.
 HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full power
and authority whatsoever requisite or proper to be done in or about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally
present, and hereby certifying and confirming all that our said attorney shall do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
