SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, NAME, of legal age, Filipino citizens, and with main address located in 44, Naranghita, St.
Proj. 2, Quezon City, do hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE our attorney-in-fact, NAME, of
legal age, married to Teodora Pastor, Filipino citizen, and with main address located in Brgy. 44,
Zamboanga, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, as our true and legal representative to act for and in my name
and stead and to perform the following acts:

To prepare, make, sign and execute a Deed of Absolute Sale in order to sell,
transfer and convey a certain parcel of land covered by TCT No. 021-
2022000137, particularly described and bounded as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 35646-B, being a portion of Lot 35646 CAD 195, Laoag Cadastre.
L.R.C Rec No. 1221), situated at rurban Code No 012812 Barangay San Vicente, City of
Laoag, bounded on the SE by Lot 11213, Lot 11214., on the SW Lot 11216, all of CAD
195, Laoag Cadastre, on the NW Lot 35646-A perpetual right of way of the subdivision
plan, by Panganiban St., on the NE by lot 11212 CAD 195, Laoag Cadastre, all of the
subdivision plan; containing an area of Two Hundred Forty-Nine Point Fifty (249.50)
square meters more or less and assessed 8,980.00.”

HEREBY GRANTING and GIVING unto our said attorney full power and authority to do and to
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite is necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally present, with all
power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney or
his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
