SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, NORA L. TABUCOL, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and with main address located in
Brgy. 13, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, do hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE my attorney-in-
fact, ATTY. FRANCIS RAUL DAYO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, with main address located in
Brgy. 13, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name
and stead and to perform the following acts:

To represent and act in my behalf in all stages in the resolution of the civil
case for JUDICIAL PARTITION WITH CONSOLIDATION AND ANNULMENT
AND CANCELLATION OF TCT NOS. T-21280 AND T-21282, including, without
limitation, the following: (1) to partition and consolidate Lot Nos. 10267
and 34651 located in Brgy. 4, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte (2) To file a civil
case of JUDICIAL PARTITION WITH CONSOLIDATION AND ANNULMENT AND
CANCELLATION OF TCT NOS. T-21280 AND T-21282 and other appropriate
civil remedies against the co-owners, and every person under their behest, of Lot
Nos. 10267 and 34651; (3) to file an Indirect Contempt in the event of any
willful disobedience of the opposing parties to any lawful order of the court
and other acts as provided in the Rules of Court;

To appear in all stages of the Matter, and transact business with, execute
and deliver documents, verifications, certifications, affidavits, and other
instruments to, and do such other things as may reasonably be required by
the Courts or other government offices relative to representing me as its
legal counsel and attorney-in-fact in the stated matter; and

To take such other actions as are deemed necessary, desirable, or

appropriate in connection with the stated matter.

HEREBY GRANTING and GIVING unto my said attorney full power and authority to do and to
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite is necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, with all
power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or
his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
