Automatically Organize Computers into Groups

1. Create group(s) under Managed devices (e.g. Servers and Workstations)

2. The created groups are shown as below.


3. Now we create a rule on the Unassigned devices node so that based on the rule, devices under
unassigned devices node will be moved either to the Server or Workstation group. To create a
rule, click on Unassigned devices and select Configure rules.
4. On the Properties windows, click on Add to configure New rule. On the General window, give it
a name e.g. Move Servers. And browse the location where the devices are moved e.g. Servers
group.

5. Then on the Sections side, go to Applications and choose the Operating system type (Server OS)
6. With similar procedures, we can create a rule to move workstations from Unassigned devices
node to Workstations node under Managed devices.

7. The created groups are shown below.
