 Ahmedabad Food Truck- place for foodies!

Ahmedabad is the place where you find bundle of foodies and well
designed places for them with delicious food variety. So let me detail
one of them. As Ahmedabad Food Truck is a hidden treasure of various
food dishes and one of the trending place to live up with your friends.
Ahmedabad Food Truck is rocketing up in ranking since last few months
that I believe. I admit I had not seriously considered visiting
Ahmedabad Food Truck until my friend recounted his latest experience
which boosted me up to visit that place soon. This was going to be my
first experience at Food Truck.

Basically what I found is this was place equipped with number of large
vehicles in which they cook and sell food which can be called as food
truck. The items vary from truck to truck which includes some ice cream
trucks, Chinese trucks or many such fast food items. Sandwiches,
hamburgers, French fries and other regional fast food was common.
The famous amongst all was non-veg food, that is what I observed.
Nowadays food truck serves a variety of specialties and ethnic menus.
Food Trucks, along with portable food booths and food carts, are on the
front line of the street food industry which serves large number of
people at reasonable and at affordable prices with better quantity.

So let me discuss my very first experience at Ahmedabad Food Truck. I

visited food truck with my college friends; the best one to hangout
with. This is an open huge place. Initially what I saw there was beautiful
atmosphere with lightings all around. I took a brief moment for the
surreal moment. The tables were arranged in a perfect manner. It
reminded me of round table conference. Well, jokes apart! We sat near
non-veg truck as we all are chicken lovers.

After very long discussion, we decided to order Australian fry,

mayonnaise chicken shawarama and last but not the least butter
tandoori chicken. Added to it, coke for the good balance for the
subsequent dish. The main act of the meal commenced with the most
beautiful dish of the evening. Autralian fry was something totally
different of what I imagined.

Moreover, i never thought that mayonnaise and chicken would marry

so well which had a good balance between cheese mayonnaise and
chicken. It was pleasure eating such an amazing dish. And when one
more dish arrived, the smell of that dish; butter tandoori chicken was
so intense and the rich butter added to it was something I couldn’t wait
to eat for. Commenting on mayonnaise chicken shawarama, I didn’t
really have much expectation from the combination of cheese and
mayonnaise, but this time it proved me wrong.

Yes, obviously it was the feeling of heaven. Each bite was an explosion
of flavors that I wished would last forever, but as with all good things,
they had to come to an end. I’ve heard about their startup plan with
‘Maggie bhajiya’. Yes, it sounds something new and actually it was!

And how can I miss the best highlight of the entire food truck, the
music band. There was a band who performed so well. I won’t forget to
mention that they too added taste to the food. The music was so light
and beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed the food. One of our friend joined
them, he even sung a song through which he created a mesmerizing
moment.

Ending up with heavy dishes and coke was not my type of thing. So, I
was finally succumbing to the idea of desserts although a part of me
wished this meal would not end however unrealistic that sounded.
Finally we had the Roasted Almond White Chocolate icecream. The
roasted almonds, hot chocolate sauce, and vanilla flavor added to it
have a great texture to this icecream dish, I must say. It was an unusual
but fun and memorable dish that was a clever game of textures, as well
as creating a lovely warm feeling despite of being refreshingly cold.

There are many reasons why I think Ahmedabad Food Truck is currently
one of the best place in Ahmedabad to eat. The confidence they exerts
over their cooking skills and the way in which they daringly combines
flavours and textures that are sometimes unconventional, yet works
magnificently. I strongly believe that this is why they will be able to
push boundaries to new heights.

But let’s not forget the unnoticed heros of the house who served the
best food and provided us the superb services throughout the meal.
They looked after every single dinner with remarkable attention to
detail and fineness that appeared so effortless, completing it with
perfect way.

I do not have the creativity and imagination to even comprehend how

beautifully they managed their customer and the way they serve us. I
assure to be there witness to boost up their cooking skills to the next
level, and hopefully soon.
