1 Billion Rising Revolution 2020

The theme of solidarity remained the focus of One Billion Rise 2020 with the
call to “RISE! RESIST! UNITE! " As we came into a time defined by a fierce
escalation of fascist, imperialist, neo-liberal attacks on the lives of people around the
world, the OBR call to " Rise, Resist, and Unite, become more resounding. The
world what one billion looks like and shine a light on the rampant impurity and justice
that survivors must often face. We rise through dance to express joy and community
and celebrate the fact that we have not been defeated by this violence. People
across the world come together to express their outrage, to strike, dance, and rise in
defiance of the injustices women suffer demanding an end at last to violence against
women.

One billion rising we rise through dance to express joy more touching. It well
enhancing for students also to aware, regenerate, conspire one billion women and
girls coming together to make this voices heard and dance in celebration of all
changes. We rise revolt and dance to a future where is no more violence, when
social structures and relationships protect and support the vulnerable and when
women and children are safe, secure and empowered rise against violence, poverty
and impurity and rise for truth. Justice and accountability.

We cannot beat fascist, rapist, climate deniens and pounders on their terms.
We will never be that cruel, disco passionate, greedy, or murderous. What we can do
is remember we are the many and we can raise the vibration through action, art,
Connection, imagination and love.

Young women and men around the world joined the campaign and the conversation
in their communities about ending violence against women and girls.

One Billion Rising Revolution event were held in University of Eastern Philippines.
Focus this year was on a second life solidarity RISE! RESIST! UNITE!
