Weaknesses

- children can get easily bored because of the lack of colorful pieces
- there are a lot of new hires to train and organizational structure to learn
- the product enters into market way too expensive.
- low experience in product and business know-how.

Opportunities:
- more and more adults (as parents/ teachers) are looking for ways to disconnect their children from
mobile phones/gadgets
- shift from national to the international market through digital means (digital marketing and online
sales)

Threats:

- there are other options on the market (as Lego, for instance)
- competitors can get CreoKit off the market if it doesn’t innovate and adapt easily to the new
customer’s request
- environmental protection standards will require changing the package into something more
environmental friendly
- initial poor service or product quality can discourage customers from returning.
